Session Summary:  This session will introduce attendees to OSHA and ANSI requirements related to emergency equipment, provide an overview of ANSI/ISEA Z358.1-2014, introduce emergency fixture product categories and examples, and identify roles and responsibilities of the specifier/designer.

Speaker: Jonny Pingry

Speaker Bio:
Jonny Pingry is the National Sales Manager for Guardian Equipment. He began his career with Guardian’s inside sales team after graduating from the University of Missouri in 2017. He later joined the safety sales team, working directly with end users and conducting facility audits of emergency eyewash and shower stations before moving into a regional sales management role. This experience gave him a strong foundation in equipment selection and the challenges of emergency fixture placement and design. Jonny’s focus is on helping engineers, architects, contractors, and plumbing wholesalers understand emergency eyewash and shower requirements, and select equipment suited to their projects.
