Irfan Ashrafi

Irfan brings 13 years of industry experience, including 12 at Grundfos, specializing in pressure boosting, HVAC, wastewater, and domestic hot water recirculation. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Windsor (2025). Irfan has led market growth through value-based selling and teaches at the Sustainable Buildings Academy, drawing on experience from the Middle East and North America. He values customer focus and collaboration, and enjoys badminton, travel, and socializing.
